Our team of chefs create healthy recipes that are easy to prepare and delicious.
The team is led by Jaume Biarnes who was previously the culinary director at Alicia Food & Science Lab founded by Ferran Adria, a pioneer of molecular gastronomy. Alicia Food & Science Lab strives to find solutions for healthy eating for everyone.
